Below are some recipes to try using our Dry Salsa Mixes



Sour Cream Dip

16 oz Sour Cream

2 Table Spoons Pratt Family Salsa Seasoning Mix and Chill


A Pleasant Surprise Dip

1 14.5oz can of petite diced tomatoes

2 Tablespoons Pratt Family Salsa Seasoning

2 8oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Mix tomatoes and Salsa mix

Add to softened cream cheese Serve warm or chilled.


Fruit Salsa

2 table spoons of Pratt Family Salsa Seasoning

1 pint of your favorite fruit Preserves

Pour over cream cheese and serve with crackers



4 Avocadoes

2 table spoons Pratt Family Salsa Seasoning

2 table spoons lime juice Mix, chill and serve


Best ever Bar BQ Sauce

1 bottle of your favorite bbq sauce

2 table spoons Pratt family salsa seasoning

1 quarter pound of real butter (1 stick)Heat all ingredients until hot. In sauce is thicker than desired, add oil of your choice until desired thickness is accomplished. (I don’t suggest using peanut oil) Some people are allergic to it. Apply to meat before, during and after cooking.


Pratt Family Chili

1.5 pounds of ground chuck (brown and drain)

1 large onion chopped

2 cans Ranch Style Beans

1 can black beans (drained)

2 Cans Hunts Diced tomatoes

1 envelope of taco seasoning

2 table spoons Pratt Family Salsa seasoning

Salt, Pepper, garlic powder or diced to taste Cook all ingredients together, add water as desired. If you like it Hot, dice up some peppers and throw them in.



1 table spoon Pratt family salsa seasoning

1 8 oz package (soften) cream cheese

1 can fruit cocktail (do not drain)

Put all ingredients in food processor and mix until well blended Pour into bowl; serve with fruit and/or gram crackers. You might have to hid it from the kids if you want any for yourself



6 eggs

2 table spoons Pratt family salsa seasoning mix

I usually add a little milk in

Let stand for ten minutes

Blend with whisk, and cook until done



1 pound Velveeta cheese cut into chucks

1 14.5 oz can of Hunts Petit diced tomatoes

2 table spoons Pratt Family salsa seasoning Heat until cheese is melted, stir often Serve hot with your choice of chips



Add 2 or 3 table spoons Pratt family salsa seasoning to your favorite red beans and rice recipe to give it some zip and kick. If you don’t have a good recipe, I have a great one and will furnish it to you upon request. It is lengthy but it is absolutely the best I have ever eaten. I was given this by a friend several years ago so I can brag on it with out trying to promote my cooking expertise.



Cut up a fresh Cucumber into slices, top with freshly made Pratt Family Salsa. If you like grated cheese topping, it does turn this dish into a great hordevour.



Bake tuna in oven at 225 degrees for 5 minutes, remove from oven, place in a preheated skillet that has a shallow layer of olive oil and Pratt Family Salsa Spices. (Use enough to cover the fillet surface) Cook until tuna meets your desired texture. Remove from skillet, pour melted butter over tuna fillet and add freshly made Pratt Family Salsa.
